CSS Forum

If you want a place to chat about CSS and answer people's questions, look no further.

CSS Forum is probably my favorite website right now, and I'm a very frequent poster under the name "DJSdotcom".

Can you explain this site so even nincompoops can understand it??? I hope the whole world can't read this comment.... if they do, please realize it's written by his non-techno literate mother.

The whole world can't read it, only the few hundred people who visit this site every day :)

CSS is a way to let web designers... design. It is a pseudo-markup language that defines colors, shapes, borders, text, and lots of other stuff so that text on your page doesn't look so boring.

Hi

I'm having a problem at the moment on CSS2 positioning. Basically I need to put a floating banner to the right of a table. One of the problems is that the is aligned=Center.

I've managed to get it right, but once I change resolutions it doesn't work. Does anyone know any way of making it stick to the right of the table and that will work on all resolutions. I've tried absolute percentages? and looked all over the web. If you can help, thank you.

I've done a diagram to illustrate my problem.
